The Innodisk Industrial CompactFlash® 1ME2 Memory Card (iCF 1ME2) products provide high-capacity solid-state Flash memory that electrically complies with the True IDE Mode that is electrically compatible with an IDE disk drive. The original CF form factor card can be used in any system that has a CF slot.
Designed to replace traditional rotating disk drives, Innodisk Industrial CompactFlash® 1ME2 Memory Cards are embedded solid-state data storage systems for mobile computing and the industrial workplace. The Industrial CompactFlash® features an extremely lightweight, reliable, low-profile form factor. Industrial CompactFlash® 1ME2 (iCF 1ME2) supports advanced PIO (0-4), Ultra DMA (0-6) transfer mode, multi-sector transfers, and LBA addressing. Furthermore, the 1ME2 series support iPower Guard with voltage power-down detection for complete power-down robustness.
iPower Guard – POWER PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY
iPower Guard is a proactive protection mechanism designed for environments with unstable power supplies. It provides further protection for SSDs during both startup and shutdown, preventing system performance issues caused by power instability.
iData Guard – DATA PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY
iData Guard enables the immediate sending of a command in the event of a sudden power failure, interrupting read and write commands from the system and ensuring that the last command can be completed. This preserves data integrity on the SSD, protecting data security.
