Innodisk U.2 SSD 4IG2-P is an NVM Express SSD designed as PCIe SFF-8639 module with PCIe interface and 3D TLC NAND Flash. U.2 SSD 4IG2-P supports PCIe Gen 4 x4, and it is compliant with NVMe 1.4 providing excellent performance. Equipped with Error Correction Code (ECC) technology, the U.2 SSD 4IG2-P provides comprehensive End-to-End Data Path Protection (ETEP), ensuring secure data transmission between the host system and NAND Flash.

The U.2 SSD 4IG2-P supports a wide temperature range from -40°C to 85°C and incorporates a Dynamic Thermal Throttling mechanism for real-time SSD monitoring. When the temperature reaches a critical threshold, it automatically issues commands to smoothly reduce read and write speeds, maintaining operational stability.
AES 256-bit DATA ENCRYPTION & TCG Opal 2.0 SUPPORT
