Innodisk CFexpress 3TE8 is a compact, removable memory card built on the CFexpress Version 1.0 Type B specification. It features a PCIe Gen 3 x2 interface and 3D TLC NAND Flash while adhering to the NVMe 1.4 protocol, delivering exceptional performance and high reliability. Equipped with Error Correction Code (ECC) technology, the CFexpress 3TE8 provides comprehensive End-to-End Data Path Protection (ETEP), ensuring secure data transmission between the host system and NAND Flash.
Write Protect – SAFEGUARDING DATA SECURITY
With Innodisk SSD’s built-in write protection technology, users can utilize the read-only function to safeguard critical data within flash storage devices, preventing unauthorized modification or malicious use.
iData Guard – DATA PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY
iData Guard enables the immediate sending of a command in the event of a sudden power failure, interrupting read and write commands from the system and ensuring that the last command can be completed. This preserves data integrity on the SSD, protecting data security.
iPower Guard – POWER PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY
